The additional advantage of this type of provision is the fact that our clients have the opportunity to utilise the on site resources of Cross Services Engineering with additional support from the head office, enabling them to initiate any project without the time consuming hindrance of kick-starting a third party, who have little or no experience of the site or of the clients operations and systems.
We have many years of experience in the operation and the management of most site based maintenance management systems for the allocation of small works activities, such as SAP and CAMM and have measurement systems in place for our clients to monitor our performance against time and cost via regular K.P.I type audits.
