Power & Control Systems
Our electrical engineering services are further complemented by our in-house Switchgear & Control Panel design and manufacturing facility. That has the capability to specialise in the bespoke one off build, that caters for the space restraints within a compact manufacturing or commercial facility. We can be extensions of the clients own maintenance department, providing panel technicians on a just in time basis to carry out modifications to existing control or power distribution systems. This work can be carried out either in house at St Helens or at the client's facility.
These facilities cover the whole range of electrical distribution and motor control centres among other services from ASTA BEAB rated Package Substations, LV Switchboards and Fault Rated MCC's to bespoke control and instrumentation panels including.

Special panel requirements can be accommodated, including tailored extensions to motor control centres and to reduce project costs we can provide full refurbishment of now obsolete/existing switchboards and MCC's.
We have recently acquired accreditation from The Eaton Group of switchgear products inclusive of MEM product range, Eaton Tabula System and the Cutler Hammer range of motor control Centres to complement our own in house range of ASTA rated switchgear.
Our manufacturing activities are fully supported by our in-house design and installation facilities to enable us to provide the complete single source solution to all control and distribution requirements.
